5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may reschedule most engagements up to 72 hours before the agreed start time. If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to preparatory work and scheduling commitments. In exceptional cases, credit toward future services may be granted at our discretion.

5.2 Informational Products

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase and prior to accessing or downloading any material. Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must remain unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. Once received and inspected, a refund of the product price will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Refund Process

To request a refund or to discuss rescheduling, please contact our team via contact form or by phone. Approved requests will be processed within 14 days to the original payment source. Please allow additional time for processing by your payment provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntreprLex’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service, informational product, or good. We are not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our offerings.
